President's Message

Welcome to the Peterborough Recreational Oldtimers Hockey League (PROHL) website!

Since our inaugural season of 1974/75, the Peterborough Recreational Oldtimers Hockey League has been the mainstay of adult recreational hockey in the community. From our initial four team beginnings, we have evolved into a 14-team, three division League. The league's philosophy of "fun, fellowship and fair play" has been the cornerstone of our success as we head into the 2007-2008 season. Note to any Teams that have previously played in our PROHL Tournament held at the end of March:
Our Tournament Convenor has retired and currently there is no one willing to assume this position. Therefore, there will not be a PROHL Tournament consisting of PROHL and Non-PROHL teams in March 2008. During the season I will canvass League members to see if anyone is willing to assume the role of Tournament Convenor in the future.
